Questions parents actually ask

Most weekends fill up 3–4 weeks out, especially Saturdays in May–June and September–October. We recommend booking as soon as you know the date — it takes three minutes and we don't charge anything until we call to confirm.
Everything: venue rental, all activity materials, a dedicated party host, decorated tables, birthday cake cutting service, and cleanup after. You bring the cake (or we can recommend a local bakery). There are no hidden add-ons.
Yes — we note all allergies at booking and our staff is trained on cross-contamination protocols. We're a latex-free venue. Please list all allergies in the contact form and we'll call to confirm accommodations.
Parents are absolutely welcome to stay — we have a dedicated parent lounge with coffee, tea, and seating. You can watch the whole thing or just check in occasionally. Many parents describe it as the most relaxed two hours of the year.
No problem. We allow one free reschedule up to 7 days before the party. After that, a $50 rescheduling fee applies. Cancellations within 72 hours of the party forfeit the deposit.
Each theme has its own capacity (listed on the theme cards above). Most fit 8–20 kids. If you have a larger group, contact us — we can sometimes accommodate up to 28 with an extended booking.
The birthday is three weekends away.
